MapAuthorityPro is a done-for-you local business growth service that helps US-based service businesses automate their Google reputation management, review requests, and customer follow-up systems. We are registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 78294827) and operate primarily in the United States.

2. What information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Name, email address, phone number
• Business name, address, and niche
• Google Business Profile URL
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card details)
• Messages and notes submitted through our forms

Information collected automatically

• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on site
• IP address and general location
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information from third parties

• Google Business Profile data when you grant us access
• Payment confirmation data from Stripe

3. How we use your information

• To deliver our services — setting up and managing your review automation system
• To communicate with you about your account and send monthly performance reports
• To process payments through Stripe
• To improve our platform and services
• To comply with legal obligations
• To send you SMS messages as part of your automation setup (with your consent)

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to deliver our services:

• Stripe — payment processing
• GoHighLevel — CRM and automation platform
• Google — Google Business Profile management (with your authorisation)
• Netlify — website hosting

All providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you cancel, we retain basic records for up to 2 years for legal and accounting purposes, then securely delete them. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

As we are based in the Netherlands, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
• Withdraw consent at any time

We take data security seriously and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
