None. Ever. No onboarding fee, no activation fee, no "first month setup surcharge." You pay your first month when you sign up and we start building immediately. If you cancel after month one, you owe nothing else.

Send us a message with 30 days written notice and that's it — no questions, no penalties, no full-year balance due. We'll wrap up any in-progress work and hand over everything we built. We keep clients because they're happy, not because they're trapped.

Most clients are fully live within 5 days. Day 0 is payment and access. Days 1–3 are GBP optimization and automation build. Day 4 is testing. Day 5 is a 15-minute handoff call with your contractor. After that everything runs automatically.

Your contractor books jobs in the app — that's it. That single action triggers the entire automation chain. You read your monthly report and occasionally follow up on customers who were flagged as needing personal attention. Everything else is handled by us.

Check what you're actually paying — Podium's $399 plan adds $99 for AI replies and has hidden per-user fees that push most clients over $500/mo. More importantly, both platforms are self-serve software. We do everything for you. Most clients who switch see their review count triple within 90 days because someone is actually managing the system instead of leaving it to the business owner to figure out.

Yes — upgrade anytime and we'll build the additional automations immediately. Most clients start on Growth and upgrade to Authority after month 2 when they see the results. Downgrading is also fine — give us 30 days notice and we'll adjust.

Currently US-only. The SMS automation requires US carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and Google Business Profiles work differently in other markets. We're focused on doing this exceptionally well for US service businesses before expanding.

After signing up you'll fill in a short intake form covering your business name, address, phone, services, Google account email, and a few photos if you have them. The most important thing is Google Business Profile manager access — we walk you through this on a 5-minute screen share. That's it.
