Why we built this
from scratch

Most local service businesses are run by people who are exceptional at their trade — plumbing, roofing, HVAC, dental work — but who have no system for turning happy customers into public reviews. They rely on word of mouth, hope their Google profile looks decent, and lose job after job to competitors with stronger online reputations.

The tools that exist to solve this — Podium, Birdeye, NiceJob — all make the same mistake. They sell software and leave you to figure it out. A plumber running five jobs a day does not have time to manage automation campaigns, learn a CRM, or build review sequences from scratch. So the software sits unused and the reviews keep not coming.
